Merry Christmas

Sadie here again... obviously as this is my blog, this year, I celebrated Christmas at my dad's place. It was Mom, Bianca, Thomasina, and I who went over there. Mom thought it would be nice for us to spend the time together and open our presents. Mom got Pokemon Art Academy, a big teddy bear, and a hat from Dad. Dad got mom a shirt and a mug with hot cocoa in it, and made him a necklace. Then it was our turn. I got to open everything. First was a stocking from Mom and Dad.

No Bianca, I'm holding the stocking.
Ooo bracelets.

Mom made zodiac bracelets for us. There was a Libra bracelet for Bianca and myself and a Scorpio bracelet for Thomasina.

Both for me. Bianca's gift is at home.

Mom and Dad bought me two lalaloopsy dolls. Mom just picked them out - Dad actually bought them. Bianca's gift from them was left at Mom's. She accidentally forgot it.

Then we had gotten a gift from my friend Sophie and her 'guardian' Laura. Though Mom thought she had taken all the pictures, she had forgotten some. Other than a lovely card that said I could share with my sisters if I wanted to, there was a stocking with cute little things inside - Thomasina took the little penguin and Bianca claimed the sunglasses... which is fine I guess... not that I wanted them... but all's well.

What was also in the box was a black boa scarf thingy. Bianca and Thomasina said it would be great for Leah, I was thinking for Zipporah... both do like black... Then there was a cute doll. As much as Bianca would like it, we thought of Riley. Then at the bottom, there was an ugly doll. We have heard of them but no place around here sells them. All of us were thinking of Zipporah... but then again, it's like all my friends have one so I'll have one too... then again, my friends lead interesting lives and I don't... not really...

Trip to Georgia ^_^

I am 2 months late, so sorry. On October 16th, Mom, Grandma, and Aunt Nicole drove from our home in Milwaukee all the way down to Georgia. Of course we didn't one shot it, so we spent a night in Kentucky. We didn't take much pictures... I wish we took more. A surprise I had, though, which I had to take back is my twin sister, Bianca, went along. She didn't feel like being photographed. 2nd official day in Georgia, we spent a lot of in Marietta, a gorgeous town in Atlanta. Mom liked it a lot, she said she wouldn't mind going back there someday but with more money.
At a park in Marietta. I love the fountain.

On the third day of the trip (last day officially), we were driving to Atlanta (the city) and we happen to find our way to the Altoona Battlefield. It was interesting to be at.

Memorial plaques of the states who lost people in the battle.

My home state. Wow.

We didn't take pictures of all the plaques. Okay, we did, but Mom didn't like how she could see her reflection in it and deleted most that had it -_-. But gosh.

After going through the field, which was so interesting. We went to Atlanta. After more photo moments that could have been taken, and weren't, we searched for an Atlanta mall for a specific store...

Uhm, can't imagine what store we'd want to go to at a mall... uhm... Oh right, I gave it away. It was a nice little store in a mall. Filled all of Mom's needs. Mom got a free pink lemonade - she was a happy Cwissy - what ever that means.

So... how much for the horse?

The morning after, we left for home. Again, it took a day and a few hours to drive back... especially since gas and stuff had to be bought. I wouldn't mind going back again someday too - and maybe Bianca will allow us to take her picture.

I am finally back in bangs. Though could have been used for my trip in a couple of weeks, Mom used some of her money on my new hair. She bought it from Bavas International called 'Bombshell'. The color is supposed to be dark brown.
Well I do see the brown that is dark...

On me, black. As in it looks black. No brown.

Seriously. As the caption above says, it looks black. No brown at all. I'm not complaining as I've always had black hair. I love how soft it is, how long it is, and this isn't the second time Mom's gone through them for hair; Tammy is wearing a version of 'Sweet & Sassy', though bangless. I'm not really missing the bangless look, in fact, I wish Mom had bangs too... at least clip on bangs that match the brown-ness of her hair; or gray.

My only complaint is that about a quarter of an inch, though maybe a tad more, of my hair line isn't covered. Thankfully I have bangs to easily cover it up. Mom isn't sure if it's because she couldn't pull very hard and maybe it could have fit my size 12" head or maybe it was just a tad small. It really doesn't matter as the rest of my head is perfectly covered. Currently, I have my hair in half up twin braids. Mom loves braiding my hair in twin braids. Mom says that she had the same style when her hair was long and wishes she didn't cut her hair; though now she stopped so maybe in a couple of years, we can have matching styles. I checked the site and dark brown is sold out as of now.

I love Lalaloopsies

I said before, I like Lalaloopsies. I don't just like them, I love them! I don't have nearly as much as some of my facebook friends, as I usually get the holiday ones, plus Snowy, Jewel, Crumbles, and Toffee who was filling in for the Valentine's day exclusive. My favorite is my first one, Scraps, though I think I'm a lot more like Jewel.

Yup, I'm like Jewel.

All my lalaloopsy dolls as of now

I hope to get more eventually. I don't get Easter ones, though I'm not sure why. I can guess it's because they don't have frilly dress skirts or a dress skirt, but that's just an assumption.

Trip to Chicago

Two days ago, Mom was told that she would be going to Chicago for some autograph of some wrestler Uncle Jesse wants. So of course, she talked to Grandma into taking us to AG place Chicago. So at noon, Mom, Grandma, and I went to the car.
Enjoying a nice hour and a half drive from Milwaukee to Chicago.

Upon arriving to where we needed to go, we found out that the event that Mom and Grandma were sent to go to was none other than Chicago Comicon!
See, we were there.

Then after we left Grandma to stand in line to get the autograph, Mom and I went looking around. Mom bought a couple of button pins for her collection and got 1 for free. Then we went back to stand with Grandma for a while. The long was long. Standing was easier for me than Mom since I was carried.

After we obtained the autograph, we were finally on our way to AG Chicago! Yaaaaaay! Mom took some pictures on the way to and when we finally go there.

Right across the street from AG Place.

Yay! We're right across the street from this!
First I met Isabelle. She is prettier in person.
"Uh, Kit? Hi? Kit? Hellllo?!"
I want Julie's bike for myself.
"Wanna dance, Josefina?"
"You have such a beautiful parlor, Caroline."
I was surprised to still see Marie-Grace. She is beautiful in person.
Chillin' with some girls and her dog.
Mom just thought that was cool.
Mom loved seeing this. She had to combine the pics though.
Then after we left, Mom and Grandma wanted to go to Indiana because it was so close and for...
Why we went to Indiana... seriously. That is why.

Then after they ate at Denny's, we went back home. Because the roads were so quiet, it took us only an hour to get home from Gary, Indiana to Milwaukee. I can't wait for my next trip.
